Reheating Instructions

Individual ovens vary. Please use your own judgment when reheating meals. Most meals cook best from thawed. We recommend thawing frozen items in the fridge overnight before cooking. (Some items cook better from frozen, which will be listed below). 

Reheating

Microwave: Remove from pan, 2 minutes per slice.

From frozen: Defrost in fridge overnight, heat in the oven at 350 F for 20 - 30 minutes.

From frozen:Preheat oven to 350 F. If paper lid, remove lid and cover with tinfoil. Tin lids are oven-safe, and can be left on while cooking. Place casserole on baking sheet. Cook in oven for 1 hr 40 minutes. Remove lid or tinfoil and cook for an additional 10 mins to brown top. Let sit for 8 -10 minutes before serving.

From thawed:Preheat oven to 375 F. If paper lid, remove lid and cover with tinfoil. Tin lids are oven-safe and can be left on while cooking. Cook in oven for 45 – 55 minutes. Remove lid or tinfoil and cook for an additional 10 minutes to brown top. Let sit for 8-10 minutes before serving.

Thaw in fridge overnight. Reheat sauces and meat in a saucepan on medium heat for 8-10 minutes, stirring regularly.

Thaw meatballs and sauce in fridge overnight. In a deep saucepan, or pot, cook meatballs and sauce on low heat for 25 – 30 minutes, covered, stirring regularly until meatballs are fully heated through.

Cook from frozen.Preheat oven to 425 F. Line baking sheet with tinfoil or parchment paper. Arrange chicken on baking sheet. Cook for 15 minutes, flip chicken, cook for an additional 15 minutes.

Cook from frozen.Preheat oven to 425 F. Place waffles directly on oven rack. Cook for 8 minutes or until desired crispiness.

Thaw in fridge overnight. Reheat in saucepan on medium heat, add 1 oz of water, stir regularly and heat for 7-8 minutes.

Thaw in fridge overnight.

Quick Reheat: Cook in non-stick saucepan, covered, for 8-10 minutes, stirring regularly.

Oven-Based Reheat: Preheat oven to 375 F. Cover with tinfoil or tin-lid. Cook for 40-50 minutes or until heated through.

From frozen:Preheat oven to 350 F. Keep covered with tin lid. Place casserole on baking sheet. Cook in oven for 1 hr 40 minutes. Remove lid or tinfoil and cook for an additional 10 mins to brown top. Let sit for 8 -10 minutes before serving.

From thawed:Preheat oven to 375 F. Keep covered with tin lid. Cook in oven for 45 – 55 minutes. Remove lid or tinfoil and cook for an additional 10 minutes to brown top. Let sit for 8-10 minutes before serving.

Chicken: Preheat oven to 375 F. Leave chicken in container, covered. Bake for 35-45 minutes with lid on. Remove lid and continue to bake for additional 10 minutes.

Sauce: Heat in sauce-pan on low heat for 10-12 minutes or until heated through. Stir regularly.

Rice: Heat in saucepan on medium, add 1 oz of water, heat covered for 8-10 minutes, stir regularly.

Naan Bread: Preheat oven to 375 F. Wrap Naan bread in tinfoil. Bake for 3-4 minutes.

Sous-Vide Method:
Cook meat from frozen or from thawed. Keep meat in plastic bags, place bags in large pot of water and bring to a boil. Cook for 20 - 30 minutes at boiling temperature. Remove meat from bags and serve. (Chicken may require additional baking in the oven at 375 F for 10 - 15 minutes for desired crispiness).

Oven Method:
Thaw meat in fridge overnight. Preheat oven to 375 F. Remove meat from plastic packaging and heat in an oven-safe dish, covered with tinfoil for 45 minutes.

If frozen, thaw in fridge overnight or place in cold water bath to thaw.

Heat Sloppy Joe mix in non-stick saucepan on medium heat for 6-9 minutes or until heated through. Serve on buns.


Keep frozen: Put in toaster on “defrost” for 3-4 minute toast cycle.
